Last year was our first encounter with your firm. Jorge found us a rental after having a very bad experience with another realty. Fernando had his work cut out as the phone lines were not installed in the house even though they appeared to be. They both were more than outstanding in their helpfulness and efficiency. We did thank them and of course recommended your firm to everyone we knew either for rentals or buying.
This year we again used your firm. In general your staff are very friendly and helpful whenever we are in the office or attend your open houses. Olivia, Jorge and Fernando have been absolutely wonderful. We had trouble with the satellite going out during important football playoff games and they struggled to remedy the problem as quickly as possible. The most difficult situation arose from the squatters in the yard behind the house we are renting. They had fires blazing that showed no regard for anyone else. The police and fire departments had been called numerous times but had no effect on them stopping. Some neighbours had been using a lawyer for many months even before we arrived to help with the problem but again to no avail. When we phoned your office to express concern both Jorge and Fernando were here within 10 minutes. This alone speaks volumes for these men, their work ethic and sense of responsibility. Jorge went above and beyond by helping us to prepare a letter for the department of environment. We collected signatures and supplied pictures of the situation. The smoke some days was so thick in the house that we had to vacate. Fernando also went to Chapala to try to arrange a meeting with the necessary person regarding environmental issues. He also accompanied a group of us when the meeting was set to help act as an interpreter.
In this day of economic strife and turmoil, you as a boss and owner must find comfort and pride in the knowledge that you are so blessed with the very best people representing you and your business. We are often quick to share negative happenings in the workplace but not always as quick to give praise where and when it is due. Word of mouth is your most valuable asset and your people deserve to know they are the direct result of that being spread in a very favourable light. We look forward to continuing to do business with such a wonderful group of people and will continue to share our positive experiences regarding your firm with everyone we encounter.
